Your journey begins with a complimentary consultation. During this visit, we review your symptoms, overall health, medical history, and goals, while also explaining our services and answering any questions. To move forward with treatment, initial lab work can be completed in-clinic, immediately following the consultation. Results are typically available within 24 hours, after which you return for a follow-up visit with one of our medical providers to review the findings and establish a treatment plan.
What sets us apart is that our approach to hormone therapy is never one-size-fits-all. Each treatment plan is thoughtfully individualized based on your lab results, symptoms, and response to therapy. Because every body is different, the path to feeling one’s best can vary from patient to patient.
The first six months of care focus on optimization and refinement. During this phase, lab work and follow-up appointments are completed every two months to ensure precise adjustments. Once hormone levels are optimized and you are feeling your best, monitoring transitions to quarterly labs and provider visits. Ongoing monitoring through regular blood work and provider visits ensures therapy remains aligned with your needs over time.
For services outside of hormone therapy, appointment frequency varies depending on the specific treatment. Medical weight loss patients are typically seen on a monthly basis. Peptide-only patients are typically seen every 3 months.
Your consultation is completely free. If you choose to proceed with care, the cost for your comprehensive initial lab panel, follow-up assessment, and personalized treatment planning is $225 total.
As you begin your journey, know that adjustments are a normal part of the process since everyone responds differently, and your plan is uniquely tailored to your needs. The initial months are focused on finding what works best for you, so trust the process—while progress takes time, you will feel the difference once the shift happens. We are here to support you with all provider visits included, so please call if you need to be seen sooner. With regular check-ins, blood work, and patience, we are committed to helping you build lasting vitality.
You will be supported by our New Patient Success Manager during the initial pre-booking phase. This behind-the-scenes role serves as your primary point of contact prior to scheduling a consultation, providing information, answering questions, and assisting with scheduling. Communication is available via phone, email, and text.
Once a consultation is scheduled, you will receive a secure intake form to complete before your appointment. This form collects demographic information, medical history, current symptoms, and other relevant health details to ensure the provider is fully prepared for the visit. Consultations usually last about 30 minutes.
Beginning on the day of your consultation and continuing throughout care, communication transitions to our in-clinic support staff and provider team. From that point forward, appointment reminders, in-office visits, patient education, medication administration guidance, and ongoing inquiries are managed directly by the clinic team to ensure a streamlined and consistent care experience.
Your first 6 months of Hormone Optimization Therapy is a transitional period. Expect gradual improvements as your body adjusts to treatment. Regular blood work and provider appointments help fine-tune your plan and keep you on the right track.
