Initial consultations are typically conducted in person, allowing patients the opportunity to become familiar with our clinic and care approach. During this visit, the provider reviews symptoms, medical history, goals, and next steps, and determines whether blood work is appropriate.
Our in-clinic provider team is comprised of licensed Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who are credentialed through the Texas Medical Board. All patient care is overseen by our Medical Director to ensure appropriate clinical oversight and continuity of care. Collectively, our providers bring several decades of clinical experience to patient care.
No referral is needed. You can schedule a consultation directly with us. We’ll conduct comprehensive lab work and assessments to determine if you’re a good candidate for treatment.
Texas residents can receive expert care, prescriptions, and ongoing support through secure telemedicine visits from the comfort of home.
In some cases, yes. Treatment eligibility for out-of-state patients depends on the type of therapy, medication prescribed, and applicable state and federal regulations. Certain treatments may require in-person visits. Our providers follow all state and federal prescribing laws to ensure safe and appropriate care.
Hormone optimization therapy involves restoring your body’s hormone levels to optimal ranges using bioidentical hormones. This can help improve energy, mood, body composition, and overall quality of life.
TRT is a medical treatment that restores testosterone levels in men with clinically low testosterone. It can improve energy, muscle mass, mood, libido, and overall vitality.
If you’re experiencing symptoms such as low energy, mood changes, reduced libido, lack of motivation, or you just don’t feel like yourself anymore, hormone optimization may be worth exploring. Candidacy is determined by lab testing, medical history, and provider evaluation.
Bioidentical hormones are molecularly identical to the hormones your body produces naturally. They’re derived from plant sources and are designed to work more harmoniously with your body than synthetic alternatives.
When therapy is appropriately prescribed, monitored, and dosed, it is generally well tolerated. Our providers closely track your progress and adjust treatment as needed to support both safety and effectiveness.
Just because your levels are “in range” doesn’t mean they’re right for you. Lab reference ranges are based on population averages, including people who are tired, overweight, inflamed, and unwell. These conventional reference ranges aren’t designed to define wellness; they’re meant to rule out disease. You can be “normal” on paper and still feel completely off. We look beyond this and focus on what’s optimal for your body, your symptoms, and your quality of life. You can have all the symptoms of low testosterone and still be told you’re “normal”, but normal doesn’t mean optimal, and it definitely doesn’t mean you’re thriving.
Research shows that when testosterone therapy is properly prescribed and closely monitored, it may improve lipid profiles, reduce inflammation, and support vascular health. The key is thoughtful dosing, individualized care, and regular lab monitoring to ensure safety and long-term benefits. Discussing your medical history and any potential risks with your provider helps ensure this treatment is appropriate for you.
Women naturally produce testosterone, and in fact, most women make more testosterone than estrogen throughout their lives. Optimizing testosterone in women can significantly improve libido, energy, mood stability, cognitive clarity, lean muscle mass, bone density, and fat metabolism. It also supports motivation, stress resilience, and confidence. Despite its importance, it’s one of the most under-tested and under-treated hormones in conventional women’s healthcare.

Standard recurring labs are fully covered for patients enrolled in a 6 or 12-month commitment plan. For those on month-to-month memberships, routine follow-up labs are available for $55. If additional testing is recommended, any associated costs will always be discussed with you in advance of your blood draw.
Semaglutide is a GLP-1 agonist that helps reduce appetite and slow gastric emptying. Tirzepatide works on both GLP-1 and GIP receptors, which often leads to stronger appetite suppression, improved insulin sensitivity, and greater overall weight loss. Your provider will help determine which option is the best fit based on your goals, medical history, and response to treatment.
Results vary by individual. Many patients begin to notice changes in appetite and satiety within the first week, with visible weight loss typically starting within the first month. The speed of weight loss depends on individual goals, nutrition, lifestyle habits, and consistency with medication.
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as signaling molecules in the body. They help regulate processes such as healing, metabolism, hormone release, recovery, inflammation, and cellular function by signaling the body to repair or optimize specific pathways.
Yes. Peptides are often used alongside hormone optimization or medical weight loss programs to enhance results and support overall recovery, metabolism, and performance.
All peptides prescribed at Vital Society are sourced from licensed pharmacies that meet strict regulatory and quality standards. These pharmacies perform third-party testing to verify potency, purity, sterility, and consistency. Proper sourcing is critical for both effectiveness and patient safety.
No. Peptides sold through online marketplaces, “research-only” websites, or supplement stores are not regulated. These products are not sourced from licensed pharmacies and may be mislabeled, under-dosed, contaminated, or improperly stored. As a result, there is often no reliable way to verify their contents, safety, or effectiveness.
Yes. Using peptides from unlicensed or grey-market sources can be dangerous. These products are often manufactured without quality controls, sterility standards, or accurate dosing. Without medical supervision or verified sourcing, patients risk infection, ineffective treatment, or harmful side effects.
Vitamin shots deliver targeted nutrients via intramuscular or subcutaneous injection, allowing for faster and more efficient absorption than oral supplements.
